How to Become a Country Style Franchisee

Application Form: Download from our web site and submit a completed Non-Traditional Franchise Business Application Form. The Submission of your Application is confidential and carries no obligation. This will allow us to make an initial assessment of you and your facility.

Location Information: With your completed Non-Traditional Franchise Business Application Form please submit as much location information as possible, including digital pictures showing the exterior and interior of the premises. Upon location approval, we will proceed.

Disclosure Document: If the projected revenues of the Country Style offering are expected to exceed 20% of the total revenues of the business, we will provide you with a copy of the Country Style Non- Traditional Disclosure Document. This document contains background information regarding the franchisor, Country Style Food Services Inc. and its Subsidiaries, as well as copies of the Non-Traditional Franchise Agreement and other relevant franchise documentation. After a period of 14 business days of receiving the Non- Traditional Disclosure Document and completing your investigation, you are in a position to proceed with the process.

If the projected revenues of the Country Style offering are expected to not exceed 20% of the total revenues of the business, the requirement to provide a Country Style Non-Traditional Disclosure Document is exempt.

Preliminary Budget: We will provide you with a preliminary budget for the specific project. The preliminary budget includes a budget, as well as the drawings and specifications for you to compete the project.

Payment of Budget: Provide payment in the amount of the budget. We will order and ship to you the equipment and send to you a Non-Traditional Franchise Business Agreement.

Franchise Agreement: Sign the Non-Traditional Franchise Business Agreement and return to us.

Training: Training will be scheduled based on the nature of the project.

Opening Date: Upon the successful completion of training and the construction of your project, your Country Style non-traditional franchise is ready for business. Congratulations on the opening of your Non-Traditional Country Style franchise!

Next Steps:

1. Complete and return a Non-Traditional Business Application Form, along with pictures, site plan and other supporting info
    
2. Upon preliminary approval of the location, we will prepare an Offer to Franchise
    
3. Sign the Offer to Franchise and remit the amount for the initial deposit
    
4. Once the Offer is accepted, remit the amount for the equipment purchase
    
5. We will order and ship the equipment
    
6. We will provide you with the build-out specifications for your unit
